Frequently Asked Questions
HoneyComb blinds can be easily cleaned with a light dusting on a regular basis. We recommend using a vacuum cleaner with a soft brush attachment or a dry cloth. If a deeper clean is needed, they can be gently wiped with a damp cloth.
The measurement process involves carefully measuring the window’s width and height in meters. For installation inside the window frame, measurements are taken from the inside edge to the inside edge; for installation on the wall or ceiling, measurements are taken from the outside edge so that the curtain fully covers the window. With the correct measurements, the curtain system fits perfectly and operates smoothly.
HoneyComb curtain systems come with a 2-year warranty. During this period, any issues resulting from manufacturing defects or mechanical malfunctions are covered under the warranty.
HoneyComb blind systems can be integrated into smart home systems with motorized options. They can be controlled via a mobile app, remote control, or voice commands. This makes managing the blinds much more convenient and practical.
